THE NEW-BUILD JOURNEY

From Blueprint to Launch

New-build development requires creative vision to work hand in hand with architecture, engineering, technology and operations.

Across Sphere Class, I worked with multidisciplinary teams from early venue development through construction, installation and launch—helping shape spaces, entertainment experiences and programming designed for both the guest journey and the realities of operation.

CREATIVE LEADERSHIP IN PRACTICE

Connecting Vision with Delivery

01 SHAPING THE VENUES

Worked with venue designers, ship architects, engineers and shipbuilding teams to integrate entertainment requirements into the design, guest flow and operation of experiential spaces.

02 ‍CREATIVE & TECHNICAL INTEGRATION

Connected creative vision with the physical build, collaborating across AV, lighting, show control, staging and technical production.

03 ‍PROGRAM & TEAM LEADERSHIP

Led creative and entertainment teams from ideation and concept development through commissioning, production and onboard rehearsal.

04 FROM BUILD TO LAUNCH

Stayed actively involved through construction, technical integration and opening, including inaugural events and naming ceremonies.

FROM BUILD TO EXPERIENCE

Bringing Spaces to Life

From unfinished spaces and technical infrastructure to fully realized guest experiences, creative leadership continued through installation, commissioning, programming and launch.

EXPERIENCE DEVELOPMENT

Designing the Whole Experience

The strongest experiences connect the physical environment with story, technology, service and operation.

For Good Spirits at Sea, I created the original concept and led its development from idea to operation—shaping the venue, storytelling, technology, programming and guest experience.

ENTERTAINMENT & PROGRAMMING

Shaping the Onboard Experience

Sphere Class required more than creating individual venues. It meant developing entertainment, programming and guest-facing media across the ship—considering how guests experience each space throughout the day and how those experiences come together as part of the overall journey.

I led creative development across live entertainment, activations and programming as well as all guest-facing media, working with creative, production, technical and operational teams to take ideas from concept to launch.

FROM VISION TO LAUNCH

Built to Be Experienced

From first ideas to opening day, I stayed close to the work, protecting the creative vision through every stage of delivery.
